Water, hair and stain repellent. Comfortable wide elastic 1” stretch elastic waist band keeps you cool and comfortable. Front draw string allows extra tightening if needed. All pockets are covered - will not collect hair and poop as you groom. Six pockets that will not get in the way, all have flaps. Pockets in back, normal front pockets and special cargo pockets, each covered. Perfect for your phone, combs, brushes and tools. Inseam is cut to 26/28 inches so they will not drag on the floor. Crinkle nylon black will not show stains or marks. No zippers to get caught on these pants. Everything on these pants can be done with one hand operation. Paw artwork on back pockets. Small vent opening on bottom of pants, hem with snap that allow length to be shortened 2” with no sewing. The special adjustable length snaps are made of copper with nickel plating that will not be oxidize easily. 6 different Unisex sizes will fit most pet groomers. Lightweight cool and comfortable crinkle nylon antron - 210T Trilobal.
Inseam is cut to 26/28 inches so they will not drag on the floor. Hem release snaps allow 2” to be added to length (no sewing needed). Care instructions on label, no bleach, warm water hand wash, damp wipe, no iron, hang dry. Will survive a few normal rough automatic wash tumble dry in machines. Wear at work over your normal clothing. Protect your clothing, keep hair and poop off.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, let us fix it! Our garments are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Should you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please call our office 800-777-5899 within 10 days of receipt so that we may facilitate a return for you. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed, unworn, non customized, ticketed merchandise in its original condition, free of hair and debris, within 30 days of your purchase date when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid. See address below. We will refund the purchased price or ship a new garment at your request and based on product availability. This policy does not cover incidents from normal wear and tear, washing/laundering, misuse or abuse.
Should you receive a garment that does not meet your expectations or does not fit is not true to the garment sizing chart, you are free to return it to us within 10 days as long as it has not been worn washed or laundered, customized in any way and is free of any hair and/or debris. We will issue a credit for the garment or ship a new garment, if one is available, with freight out at our expense.
Shipping costs to our location for returns related to wrong size/design/color specified by the distributor/customer are borne by the distributor/customer. An alternate size/design/color, as specified by the distributor/customer, will be shipped at distributor/customer expense.
No credit will be issued for garments that have been worn, washed, or have hair/debris, even if the garment is the incorrect size, color, design or has a manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. In the event that cash was used for the purchase we will write a check for the refund. Returns are accepted with receipt issued, in our trade show booth as we appear around the country, but refunds are not made in our booth as the returned garments need to be processed and evaluated for refund privileges.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are only responsible for packages not received if we booked the freight via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. Freight costs outside of the continental USA are not arranged, paid or reimbursed.
Q. The garment does not fit, now what?
A. If the garments is unwashed, unworn, non customized, ticketed merchandise in its original condition, free of hair and debris please send it back to us. We will ship you a new one or give you a credit for the purchased price. Be sure to include your receipt so we know who you are and how much to credit. Please include a note on which size you want. Consult with our sizing chart if your not sure on your size.
Q: Where to I ship the Garment to?

Q: Do I need to put the garment in a box to ship it.
A: The lowest cost way to ship it is in a plastic envelop.
Q: is there a time limit on returns?
A: yes, unfortunately designs change quickly. We need to know about your return within 10 days of the purchase and would like to get the garment here within 30 days of purchase.
Q: The garment is falling apart from being washed in my washer or from being dried in my dryer. Is this covered under warranty?
A: Not covered under Warranty
Q: Will I get a credit for my freight cost to get the garment back to EZ-Groom?
A: Please only ship us If the garments is unwashed, unworn, non customized, ticketed merchandise in its original condition, free of hair and debris please send it back to us. If we shipped your wrong garment or if the garment that we shipped is not true to our sizing chart, yes, we will credit your account for the product and the freight. However if the garment was shipped as ordered and is true to our sizing chart (and resalable) we will ship the purchase price of the garment only.
Q: How will I get my money back?

A: No, such shipments are refused at our shipping dock.
Q: These garments, and all the others that I buy from your competitors self-destruct when I launder them. Are they just that cheap?
A: The fabric desired by the pet groomers is very light weight yet able to repel a lot of debree. There are specific wash instruction for these Types of garments: close all fasteners, wash in cool water on a gentle cycle. Fluff cycle only in dryer. NO HEAT.
