Can I place an order over the phone?Yes, please do. We are in Eastern Standard Time of if it is outside of 9:00am -5:00pm please leave your order on our answering machine. Can I book a delivery slot?Sure, In the notes, with your order, you can say "closed mondays" or deliver after a certain date. You can also request that these notes be put on your account so that you do not have to say it everytime.

Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?No signature is needed. FedEx or UPS ground will delivery to your location.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?Next Day to many locations in the Midwest. 2-4 days for all other locations in continental USA. We do ship via UPS and FED EX.

How do I get me dryer repaired?Just ship it to us, EZ-Groom, 10411 Capital Street, Oak Park Mi. 48237. with your 10 digit phone number. We do not need any notes, instructions, or the hose. It will be fine. Remember, we build dryers. we will do our standard Tune up and get it right back to you. $59.95 for the single motor and $109.95 for the double motor dryers. If new motors are needed $99.95 more per motor, we will call you.

How is my discount calculated?We do have three levels of pricing. Retail, Wholesale and Master Distributor. Master Distributors are located around the world in over 20 countries. USA distributors have all but Hawii and Alaska covered. We do sell direct to professional pet groomers at the wholesale level. Sorry we do not sell at retail level to pet owners. Please purchaser from a distributor or a grooming shop in your area.

Do I have to pay to return my online order?On damaged items, mis-shipped items, mis-ordered items please call us and we will figure it out. Sometimes we require your assistance on UPS damage claims in order to credit freight.

How do I return items bought via the website?Please call our office to obtain a RA number (Return Authorization number).
